Maharashtra: Corona test is mandatory for people coming from Gujarat, Rajasthan and Goa

After Diwali, another wave of Covid (Covid 19) has started across the country. And Corona’s cases are booming. Sanctions, including a night curfew, have been re-imposed in several states across the country to curb Corona. The Uddhav government of Maharashtra has also taken a drastic step in this regard. Now Corona Test has been made mandatory for all people coming to Maharashtra from Gujarat, Rajasthan, NCR, and Goa. This rule has also been applied to passengers coming by rail and plane.

The Uddhav Thackeray government in Maharashtra has taken this step to control the Koro epidemic. Announcing the move, the Maharashtra government said that now only tourists from Delhi-NCR, Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Goa will be allowed to enter Maharashtra if they have a negative test report. This condition will apply to passengers, both by plane and by train. In case of flight, this report will be mandatory 72 hours before landing while for the train it will be 96 hours.

According to the government’s order, if anyone does not have this report before the trip, they will have to undergo the test at their own expense. Admission will be granted only after testing. And if anyone comes positive he will be moved for treatment.

The apex court had also expressed concern over the rising number of coroner cases in some states, including Delhi. The Supreme Court on Monday heard a case of treatment of Corona patients and decent treatment of Corona patients in hospitals. The apex court has directed to submit a status report on the management of fast-growing cases in Delhi, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and Assam and other arrangements including patient facilities within two days.
